checking in with some of my really cute friends. { frost on flower }

I had another chance over the weekend to visit with my friend, Ali, and her little brother, Ben.  I really enjoy photographing a newborn and then getting a chance to check in with them as they grow.  Ben sure has gotten big!  And Ali seems like such a great big sister.  :)



She sure has gotten great at listening.  I had to do significantly less following during her portion of the session.  She sat, stood, and did exactly what I asked.  Thanks so much, Ali!  :)





I love when she puts her tongue up on her top lip.. I have photos of this since we started together back when she turned one.  :)











Of course we had to put Ben in a suitcase.



The blue suitcase made an appearance during this session to complement Ben's lovely blue eyes.



Ben was photographed in this bowl as a newborn.  :)  Check out how much he has grown and changed!





This is Hans.  He used to be Ali's friend and how Ben seems to enjoy him as well.









I love this little outfit.





And Ben loves Hans.



And Ali loves doing what Ben was doing.



This is Ali laughing about the cats just a few feet away.  We were stalked by two neighborhood cats during the entire session.  I have shots of Ben with blurry cats in the background.. it was really kind of crazy.  Also entertaining.  :)
