Ever since my grandma moved out of her house and eventually passed away, my dad's family has been celebrating at my dad's cousins house in Wayne.
It's a neat old town with lots of beautiful old homes will tall trees all around in the more immediate "downtown" area. It's not really a downtown though.. it only has one or two buildings that are not homes, situated along the railroad tracks. Further out of the downtown are newer groups of housing that sit on what used to be farmland. There are still farms all around and still some larger ranch homes with lots of horses. It's a nice town to travel to during Christmastime. It's quaint and well decorated.
Again, unedited photos.
Olive enjoyed exploring some of the rooms in the large house. She particularly enjoyed these doors just off of the kitchen:

Dinner was late because my cousin Amara had to work. So we did gifts after dinner and then desert after gifts. Olive ended up being out WAY past her bedtime. But when we got back to my dad's house we still had more to do.. we had more gifts to open!
A tired yet excited Olive.
